Step-by-step guide to using the Intellectum Kids Club platform

Getting Started

Creating an Account

Go to the Registration Page

Click the "Register" button in the top right corner of any page on the website.

Fill Out the Registration Form

Enter your first name, last name, username, email address, phone number, and create a password.

Accept the Terms

Read and check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Verify Your Email

Check your email inbox and click the verification link we sent you.

Tip: If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Logging In

Click "Login"

Find the "Login" button in the top right corner of the page.

Enter Your Credentials

Enter your email or username and password, then click the "Login" button.

Forgot Your Password?

Click "Forgot Password?"

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link.

Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Check Your Email

You'll receive an email with a password reset link. Click it and create a new password.

Adding Your Children

Open the Family Dashboard

After logging in, click on your name in the top right corner and select "Family Dashboard".

Click "Add Student"

Find the "Add Student" button on the dashboard and click it.

Fill in Your Child's Information

Enter your child's first name, last name, and date of birth. Optionally add their school and grade level.

Save

Click the "Save" button to add the child to your account.

Note: You can add multiple children. Each child can be enrolled in different courses.

Editing Child Information

Find the Child's Card

On the Family Dashboard, you'll see cards for all your children.

Click "Edit"

Click the edit icon or button on the child's card.

Make Changes and Save

Update the information you need and click "Save".

Browsing Courses

Go to the "Courses" Page

Click "Courses" in the main navigation menu.

Use the Filters

On the left, you'll see a filter panel. Select course type, age group, day of week, or time of day.

Browse the Results

Courses will appear as cards. Each card shows the name, description, age range, and schedule.

Click a Course for Details

Click on a course card to see the full description, available schedules, and pricing.

Tip: Use the search box to quickly find a course by name.

Enrolling in Courses

Open the Course Page

Find the course you're interested in and click on it to open the details page.

Choose a Schedule

Review the available schedules (day and time) and select the one that works for you.

Select Your Child

If you have multiple children, select which child you want to enroll in this course.

Click "Enroll"

Click the "Enroll" button to complete the course registration.

Note: The system will automatically check your child's age requirements and schedule conflicts.

Viewing Your Schedule

Open "My Schedule"

Click on your name in the top right corner and select "My Schedule".

View the Calendar

You'll see a calendar with all your children's classes for the current week.

Navigate Between Weeks

Use the left and right arrows to view previous or upcoming weeks.

Filter by Child

If you have multiple children, you can select a specific child to view only their schedule.

Managing Attendance

Open the "Attendance" Section

Click on your name and select "Attendance" from the dropdown menu.

View Upcoming Classes

You'll see a list of your child's upcoming classes for the next few weeks.

Reporting an Absence

Find the Class

In the upcoming classes list, find the class your child will miss.

Click "Report Absence"

Click the "Report Absence" button next to that class.

Provide a Reason

Enter the reason for the absence and click "Confirm".

Tip: Report absences in advance (24+ hours) to be eligible for makeup lessons.

Canceling an Absence Report

Find the Class Marked as Absent

Classes you've reported as absent will be marked with a special status.

Click "Cancel Absence"

If the class hasn't started yet, you can cancel the absence report.

Understanding Billing

Open the "Billing" Section

Click on your name and select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.

View Current Invoice

You'll see the current month's invoice with a breakdown by each child and course.

View Invoice History

Scroll down to see the history of previous invoices and their payment status.

Payment Types:
Monthly Billing: Fixed amount each month.
Per-Lesson Billing: Pay only for attended classes.

Events and Camps

Browsing Events and Camps

Go to the "Events" Page

Click "Events" in the main navigation menu.

Filter by Type

Use the tabs to switch between events and camps.

Click for Details

Click on an event or camp card to view full details.

Registering for an Event

Open the Event Page

Click on the event you're interested in.

Select Children and Ticket Quantity

Select which children you want to register and specify the number of tickets.

Click "Register"

Confirm your registration. You'll receive a confirmation code.

Enrolling in a Camp

Open the Camp Page

Click on the camp you're interested in.

Select Your Children

Select one or more children to enroll in the camp.

Fill in Additional Information

Provide dietary restrictions and emergency contact information.

Complete Payment

If payment is required, you'll be redirected to a secure payment page.

Managing Your Profile

Updating Contact Information

1

Open the Family Dashboard

Click on your name and select "Family Dashboard".

Click "Edit Profile"

Find the section with your information and click the edit button.

Update Your Information

Change your name, email, or phone number and click "Save".

Changing Your Password

1

Open the Family Dashboard

Click on your name and select "Family Dashboard".

Click "Change Password"

Find the change password button on the dashboard.

Enter Passwords

Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click "Save".

Uploading a Profile Picture

Open Profile Editing

On the Family Dashboard, find the profile section and click "Edit".

Click the Photo Area

Click on the circular photo area or the upload icon.

Select an Image

Choose a photo from your device and save the changes.
